Annual Benefit Raffle

Below is a list of our raffle prizes for this year, as well as a peek at the Live Auction. Raffle tickets may be purchased by sending a check to the Gibson House Museum, 137 Beacon Street, Boston, or at the Benefit.

 

2011 Gibson House Museum Benefit Live Auction Items

A Special Tour (for 8) of the New Wing of the MFA
with Elliot Bostwick Davis, John Moors Cabot Chair of the MFA’s Art of the America’s Department. Includes signed book and gift certificate for lunch.

Asian Cooking Classes
An evening of cooking instruction and fine dining for 4-6 people in a state of the art Back Bay home. The evening will feature standards from Korean and Japanese Cuisine and includes food and materials.

Special Trip to Williamsburg
Come to the benefit to hear the details of this unique item, offered by those intimately involved in the restoration of Williamsburg and an anonymous donor.

1. Fisherman’s Cottages at Sunset
Framed watercolor (11”x15”), circa 1885, by Boston artist Henry W. Rice (1853-1934), probably Maine, evoking stark rugged life in late 19th century coastal village. Estate stamp verso.

- You may put as many raffle tickets as you wish toward one prize or allocate them to different prizes. If you do not indicate a preferred prize, the committee will allocate the tickets.

- You do not need to be present to win a raffle prize.
